ITC Questionaire

The ITC (International Transfer Clearance) Questionnaire is also a required element of the registration process to ensure that your child is eligible to play in the US.

Please let your coach know if your child was born outside of the US as the approval process can take longer.

Go to Got Sport

Log into Got Sport (same login as the MSYSA registration).

Click on "Family" and select your child's name.

Click on Dashboard

Click on Details next to ITC

This will load the questionnaire. Fill out the necessary information and hit save.
